"For first time in Nice and feel like found my place in Europe, amazing atmosphere and vibe like nowhere else I have been before. But I truly believe that this lovely accommodation with its super convenient location (7 minutes to the airport by tram), with everything you need around and very close to the beach at the same time is a big part of the reason I felt so so good with my first visit to the French Riviera. And of course Roberto with his hospitality and kindness...I will be coming back many many times and won't be looking for another place where to stay for sure."

"Everything was great. I loved the villa, especially the patio, it's so aesthetic and cozy it's very nice to have a breakfast in a inner yard under a nice tree, I enjoyed a lot! And the location is very convenient, it's close to the airport but still it's a quite neighborhood and I had a very good sleep which is very important for me) The owner Roberto is very hospitable and nice person, he brought me some water when I checked in and gave me some precious advices where to go and what to try, even where's the best pizza in the city with Napoli pizzayolo) Thanks a lot, I already wanna come back! 🙂"

"The Staffs and Roberto are very approachable and helpful. They are understanding. Althought 10 pm, is their curfew, correct me if I’m wrong (that’s our arrival time and our flight was delayed due to a bad weather) they did not hesitate to wait us and orient us in the Room. Thank you very much for the warm welcome. There’s some issues on the Bidet but, still our stay was perfect 🤗 The location is excellent, easy walking to the beach, Tram (if you don’t want to walk) and bus stop. Grocery stores are nearby too. I would recommend this place, and if we will comeback in Nice, I will definitely choose this place again."

"The studio is located in a safe and well connected area, it’s close to a tram station, one block away from a supermarket and less than 5 minutes away from the beach. Roberto, the host, was very kind and supportive, ready to help us in any way we needed in French and English. The studio has everything you may need in a tiny space, but also we profited from the garden and well decorated yard to work and have breakfast with privacy and calm. It’s worth mentioning that the wi-fi is fast and stable, which comes handy if you need to do some work during your trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back soon for a longer stay."

"I just would have liked that the apartment had better ventilation and natural light, but in reality it’s ok."

"The host made us feel so welcomed! Told us the location of bakery and supermarket which we went to everyday. He even helped us printed out the boarding pass which saved us a lot of trouble finding the print shop. The flat is so clean and has everything we need. I love the garden as well with beautiful flowers and plants. It has a gate with passcode so we feel completely safe leaving our laptops and IDs in the room while we were out. Definitely recommend and will rebook it next time😊"

"Roberto was the perfect host and I felt lucky as I was the only guest as the rest of the Villa is now offices except for Roberto’s apartment. He was infinitely patient as I mastered the art of locking and unlocking the door - French locks are tricky! And was happy for me to practise my French on him. The supermarket was virtually at the end of the street and the very efficient and frequently running tram service only 6 mins walk. Highly recommended! Merci beaucoup Roberto! You’re the best…"
